Shipping & Returns Policy

At Tru Form Peptides LTD, we aim to process and deliver all orders efficiently while ensuring that products are handled securely throughout the fulfilment process. Please review the following information before placing an order.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom and Ireland only.
Orders from outside these regions cannot be processed at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are generally processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time will usually be shipped on the next business day.

During periods of increased demand, including promotional campaigns or high order volumes, dispatch may take longer. In some circumstances, orders may be processed on Saturdays to help manage demand, however this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please note that same-day dispatch is not guaranteed in situations where additional verification checks are required.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take a short period to appear.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services including Royal Mail and DPD to ensure safe and timely delivery.

While we aim for fast delivery times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is selected during checkout.

Parcels in Transit

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier and is moving through their network, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the delivery process has concluded.

If a shipment is returned to us or marked as undeliverable, the parcel must be received back at our facility before we can arrange a refund or replacement.

If a parcel appears to be lost, we will open a delivery investigation with the courier service. Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel cannot be located.

Investigations typically take:

  • Up to 15 working days for UK deliveries

  • Longer where international courier processes apply

Returns & Product Quality

At Tru Form Peptides LTD, maintaining product integrity and quality is extremely important. Every order is carefully handled and packaged before dispatch.

Due to the specialised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or where items are no longer required.

However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or not meeting expected quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where a fault is suspected, we will provide a prepaid return label so the item can be sent back for inspection. Once the product has been reviewed and confirmed as faulty, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund, depending on your preference.

Each case is assessed individually and we aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Important Order Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or amend the delivery address.

For security reasons, changes to shipping details cannot be made after an order has been submitted unless the request was clearly provided during the checkout process.

During busy periods, promotional campaigns, or when security verification is required, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
